Krystal Marie Ball
Krystal Marie Balm (born November 24, 1980) is an American journalist and political commentator. She was a former candidate for the US Senate, and a TV presenter for MSNBC. She was also frequent contributor to The Huffington Post and co-host of The Hill’s Rising alongside Saagar Enti. Enjeti and Ball have decided to stop the show in May 2021. This was in order for them to release Breaking Points (Krystal and Saagar). Ball hosts along with Kyle Kulinski on the podcast Krystal Kyle & Friends. She has guest starred in shows such as Real Time with Bill Maher, Fox News (CNBC), Fox News (Fox News) and CNN (CNBC). Ball has been engaged to Jonathan Dariyanani since 2020. Ball credits her ongoing fascination with politics to her experience as a new mom during the 2008 primaries. She also viewed the US presidential election from Jordan when she was working in Jordan. She was able to see the effect it had on people in her country and developed an appreciation for the global influence of US politics. She was a Senior Fellow member of the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party nominee for Congress in Virginia's 1st congressional district in the election of 2010, but lost to Republican incumbent Rob Wittman. From June 2012 until July 2015, she was the co-host of The Cycle on MSNBC. In May of 2017, she created the People's House Project, a political action group working on behalf of Democratic causes.
